Our Mission
Battlefield Ministries is a non-profit organization that aids in helping people who are transitioning out of residential treatment. We are committed to providing a structured and safe environment for those recovering from a substance use disorder transition into a new life of recovery.
Battlefield Ministries, along with community partnerships, helps people break the chains of addiction and remove the roots of generational pain. No root is ever pulled easily. It takes time, care, and patience, which is why long-term recovery is vital to maintaining sobriety. Through Battlefield Ministries, people learn skills to rebuild their lives and build and maintain healthy relationships with others. They are empowered and guided every step of the way by our Certified Peer Recovery Specialists who work with each resident individually to meet their personal life and recovery goals.
Our Goals:
Healing and spiritual growth occur in a supportive environment where those in recovery can flourish.
Outpatient treatment is provided to residents in order to help them grow in their recovery. Residents also participate in life skills classes and topic groups that are designed to enhance growth in specific areas of life.
It is our aim to help those in recovery develop attitudes and capabilities that support healthy re-engagement with the community, as well as recovery-oriented behaviors.
We see revival and restoration in our residents lives and the lives of their families and children.
Battlefield homes helps each resident to become independent and move on from our houses successfully and confidently on their own.
