Mikayla Precht
Meet Mikayla Precht, she is the Executive Director and Founder of Battlefield Ministries. She helps with the day to day operations, intakes, county funding, community outreach, and fundraisers.
Kayla has a deep passion for helping addicts find recovery and freedom from addiction. Her mission is to help break chains of bondage, generational cycles of broken families, abuse, trauma, and addiction. She states that “When just one addict finds recovery the ripple effect extends for generations. “
Her passion comes from suffering from heroin addiction in her own life and experiencing all of the horrors that come along with it. She went to treatment at The Haven treatment center in Waconia in 2015, and then build her support network in the Narcotics Anonymous program.
She now has 9+ years clean in recovery. She is a mother of 2 children, happily married, and lives a wonderful life of giving back to the community by helping others heal from addiction.
She has previously worked with teen mothers and their children, domestic violence and abuse victims, special needs children, and many other people who have needed guidance and help finding hope in their lives and continues to do so every day.

Brooke Campbell
Currently an Administrative Manager and Executive Assistant at a medical device company, Brooke Campbell has an extensive background in management and supporting executive leadership. She sits on the Board of Battlefield Ministries as Secretary. A highly approachable individual who has the willingness to make a positive mark. She has a wonderful husband and seven children. Her faith is the cornerstone in her life. She is an active member of recovery in her community.
Brooke has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Addiction Studies from Crown College. She has substantial experience working in the chemical dependency field and the healthcare management department of residential treatment centers. She is in her fourth year on the leadership team of Celebrate Recovery at Freshwater Church. She sits on the Board of another non-profit ministry as the Treasurer.

Anthony Benedetti
Anthony Benedetti is the Treasurer and Housing Director for Battlefield Ministries. In this role, Anthony looks after the financial aspects of the non-profit; as well as, helping to operate men’s and women’s transitional housing for our clients.
A big believer in providing support and accountability, Anthony helps to oversee clients’ progress with maintaining their recovery and furthering their success.
Anthony is a qualified professional with over 40 years of diversified experience; including, 20 years in executive leadership within the hospitality industry, 5 years as VP of a mortgage company, and 3 years helping to run two MICD adolescent treatment centers and 3 group homes.
Anthony has 28+ years in recovery himself and is highly involved in the recovery community in this area. He has wonderful wisdom and experience to offer others on their journeys to a new life in recovery.

Brett Devereaux
In his profession, Brett Devereaux is the Maintenance Technician of a 228 unit complex. He graciously offers his skills to serve the houses of Battlefield Ministries. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force. An active member of Freshwater Church, he additionally serves as a Volunteer Coach. He has been a member of Marked Men For Christ for 10 years. He has 4 years of service on the Celebrate Recovery Leadership Team. Brett has also held multiple positions for the RITH Area of Narcotics Anonymous.
Brett has a passion for helping people in recovery and serves on the Battlefield Ministries board as the facilities manager. He is truly making an amazing impact in our community.

Nick Linde
Nick serves as the Chair of the Battlefield Ministries Board. He is a passionate and uniquely certified Technology Executive Leader with over 15 years of leadership and technical experience in consulting and corporate spaces, including Accenture, Ameriprise, and CH Robinson. He provides that rare combination of people, program, and process leadership, while maintaining an extensive technical foundation through experience as a Principal Architect and Lead Software Engineer. Currently, Nick is a Delivery Executive and Director of ServiceNow at Accenture, driving large scale software architecture implementations and previously was the Director of Engineering and Operations at Ameriprise. In his free time Nick is an avoid golfer and billiards player. He also spends as much time with friends and family as possible, trying to connect and build relationships through his faith and many hobbies.
Nick is an active member in the recovery community and celebrated 12 years of sobriety this year. He has a unique approach to recovery, focusing on having a well-rounded and adjustable program that includes NA, Faith, hobbies, and building relationships within the technology, golfing and billiards communities. Nick believes that being of service to others is crucial to his recovery and he is extremely passionate about shelter insecurity, having experienced homelessness himself. Battlefield Ministries is not just a passion project, but a calling, guided the idea that having one less person on street tonight can truly make a difference in the world.
